Who is Coaching For?
Basically, a life skills coach is a person who will help you see yourself realistically in the moment, accept yourself as you are now, set realistic goals for the future, and adopt strategies that will help you achieve those goals. The term itself indicates that it does not differ much from coaches who train, for example, athletes.
Life skills training is, in its essence, positive, inspiring, motivational and action-driven training.
Most of us have more or less the same difficulty – we are not able to see ourselves in an objective way.
How can a life coach help an individual?
If an individual feels negative and lacks motivation, the coach will help him face assumptions and beliefs that do not allow him to go further and progress. Life coaching provides the client with space and time to analyze challenges and options so that he can make the best choice for him and achieve his goals.
